Cheeky Monkey Glass, Nanaimo
November 14 – 15
(10:00 – 4:00) (10:00-1:00)
The unique properties of tempered glass make it an interesting medium that can be applied to many projects such as back splashes, tiles, fireplace surrounds, flower pots, garden stones and a variety of art projects. In this workshop students will learn the technique of designing, glazing and grouting with tempered glass to create a unique one of a kind stepping stone for the garden. This technique is easy to learn and once you have mastered your first stone you will want to create more to fill your garden or perhaps make gifts for friends and family!
