Students will design and create a 8x10 framed fine art stained glass mosaic piece for a window. The workshop will focus on designing for glass mosaics, introduction to different types of glass tesserae, surfaces suitable for glass mosaic, glass tools, cutting and shaping techniques and fixatives for glass applications.
