The unique properties of tempered glass make it an interesting medium that differs from stained glass and fused glass and can be applied to many projects such as back splashes, tiles, fireplace surrounds and a variety of art projects including fine art. The process requires no specific skills and has endless design possibilities using a variety of materials in fun and creative ways. Students will design, glaze, grout, edge and seal their own tempered glass art piece. Each student will create an 8 x 10 inch fine art wall hanging. All tools and materials are provided. Beginner to intermediate level.
